Jacky Mao

Jacky Mao is co-founder and Tax & Corporate Service Leader of FairWise Partners. Jacky has been dedicated to the provision of professional tax services to enterprises for over 15 years. Jacky started his career and held positions up to senior manager at international accounting firms such as KPMG and Grand Thornton. During this period, He has accumulated extensive experience in assisting clients with business flow and model analysis, investment structure planning, and tax compliance audits for pre-IPO companies.

In recent years, Jacky has been leading his own practice in boutique firms and has gained rich experience in areas such as transfer pricing compliance, transfer pricing dispute resolution, and supply chain tax planning. He has assisted several domestic companies in arranging overseas listings, providing tax and transfer pricing compliance audits. These projects span various industries, including consumer goods, cross-border e-commerce, and online education platforms.

Jacky graduated from Fudan University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is a registered tax practitioner in China.
