Roger Cui

Roger Cui is co-founder and Valuation & Business Advisory Leader of FairWise Partners. Roger started his career with Deloitte focusing on transaction service, business valuation, financial modeling, etc. areas. During this period, he served clients such as Jinjiang International Group, Macquarie Bank, Prologis, Watts Water, Marubeni, Cooper Tire, Goodyear Tire, for various investment projects. He also helped oversea listed clients such as Canadian Solar, Spreadtrum, Acorn, E-House, etc. for compliance of US GAAP fair value requirement.

After Deloitte, he has been leading his business advisory team supporting primarily domestic start-up and growing companies in various field such as financial due diligence, employee equity incentive plan advisory, investment advisory, fair value of financial reporting, etc. Representative clients include Minth, Home Inns, eHai, China New Higher Education, Frontage, IMAX etc.

Roger graduated from Shanghai JiaoTong University with bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of CICPA and ICVS.
